The Fall River Police K-9 Unit proudly serves the City of Fall River and surrounding communities in several capacities.  For official police response, our K-9's have assisted in tracking lost persons, apprehension of criminals, vacant building checks, evidence detection, firearms detection, narcotics detection and explosives detection.  The K-9's are a valuable tool used by Police Departments, Sheriff Departments, Department of Corrections and military units around the country and world.

 

The Fall River Police K-9 Unit also proudly provides the City of Fall River and surrounding communities with valuable educational and fun opportunities to learn more about their capabilities through several K-9 demonstrations.  These demonstrations provide the community an up-close and personal interaction with all of our K-9's and their handlers.
